Bill Gates founder of Microsoft, Mark Zuckerberg Founder of Facebook, Gautam Adani Founder of Adani Group, Richard Brandon co-founder of Virgin Group. Do you know what is common in all these? You must be thinking that yes, all these are among the richest people in the world, and they are dominating today’s world. But there is one more thing that is common in all of them, all these people have been successful in saving themselves from the trap in which every person today is proudly putting himself. In this article, we will explore The Education System Trap and gain some in-depth insights.
In the US there are more than 5 million people who don’t send their children to school ironically mostly all teachers because they know how screwed up the system is and on the other side, you are probably studying in a college and doing assignments from time to time. You might be maintaining 90% attendance, reluctantly memorizing books, and following every rule in the hope that when you get out of college, you will have a graduation degree and you will get a good job. You will buy a big house for your parents, buy an expensive car, get married, send your children to a good school, and earn a lot of money, but what is the reality?
After working hard for 15 years, you finally get a graduation degree, but now you realize that you are not getting a job, you give so many interviews, but everywhere you are rejected for some reason or the other, people start making fun of you. You stop meeting people, lock yourself in your room, and keep praying to God to somehow get you a job. Gradually, your self-esteem and self-confidence start decreasing. Eventually, somehow you get a job but its salary is very low, but what can you do under compulsion?
You start thinking that you don’t have enough salary to buy a house after earning money, so you take a home loan. Now that you have your own house, you should have a car too, so you take a car loan. Unknowingly but you have tied yourself up from all sides, now you are always afraid that I might be fired from the job, and then how will I manage the household expenses? Home loan EMI is going on, car loan EMI is going on. Children’s school fees have been paid, you gradually suppress your dreams and wake up quietly in the morning, go to work, and come home in the evening, even if you don’t want to. Then a day comes when you start finding this life Normal and slowly while working you grow old and you will feel that maybe I was unlucky that is why I am not able to do anything big in life. But the truth is something else, my friend, which has been kept hidden from you till date.
The Education System that you have been following blindly since childhood was created so that you could fail. That education system was created so that you could become an obedient factory worker. Dhiru Bhai Ambani, Virat Kohli, Aamir Khan, Narendra Modi All these should not fall into the trap of our current Education system. Just go through the article and you’ll understand this whole trap yourself.
The Formation of the Education System
It is the late year of 1806, there is a war between Napoleon’s army and the Prussian army and in this war, Prussia loses despite having one of the best armies. Prussian leaders did not understand how they could lose with such a good army. After thinking a lot, their leaders understood that their army was strong but during the war, instead of following the orders of their superiors, they were using their brains.
Whereas Napoleon’s army was only following Napoleon’s orders and what was the consequence of this defeat, Prussia had to give half of its territory to Napoleon and also has to sign a peace agreement. Now there is a challenge in front of the Prussian leaders that this should never happen to them again. But the question is how will they do it? After a lot of thinking, they come up with an idea and they start building a system. What kind of system is this? Such a system so that soldiers do only as much as they are asked to do and what could be the best possible way to do this, to control those brains that are not yet capable of thinking on their own, which do not know about right and wrong, so whatever should be explained to them. They should accept it as the truth and in this way, an eight-year education system is built.
The Prussian Education System is made compulsory for 5 years to 13 years. The sole purpose is to transform the Coming Generation into a Person Who Is Obedient, Obedient to Every Word of Their Superiors, and do what they are told without asking any questions. During their education, they are taught only that much so they can follow the orders of their superiors, and not that much so they start thinking about themselves. This education system is giving the same results as the Prussian leaders had planned.
Now A system has been invented which is going to change everything in the coming future and this is exactly what happened, during that time there was another thing which was spreading very fast in this world. Guess what, during the years 1760 to 1840, the Industrial Revolution is at its peak. The global economy is shifting very fast in another direction. Till now people were earning money by doing agriculture and making products with their own hands. But now machines have started dominating the world by producing as many products as a human being. One machine was able to produce more products in a day than it could be produced by humans in a whole month.
However, there was a problem with the shortage of workers in factories because people were doing agriculture in their fields, making products with their own hands, doing small businesses, and earning money. In such a situation, why would anyone want to leave everything of their own and work as a laborer in someone else’s factory? How to find a solution to this problem? Well, the Prussian education system had already reached the people at the top due to its results, and now different countries have started making their education systems based on the model of the Prussian education system. And what is the sole purpose this time? The sole purpose this time is to create a generation whose creativity is killed and only one option is left in their mind to earn money and that is to work as a laborer.
The Same thing started happening, the people who were now earning money by farming and doing small business, and their children were brainwashed in this manner. That when they come out after completing their education, earning money is on their mind. And the only option left to do this is to work in some factories and in this way, the shortage of laborers gradually starts to be filled. At that time our country was a slave of the British and they were facing problems. And the problem was that there were only a few of them and it was becoming very difficult to control such a large population. The year is 1835. Thomas Bebington Macaulay, about whom you might have read in your school life, as the Lord Macaulay. He prepared a proposal in the name of promoting English education in India and Lord William Bentinck, the Governor General of the East India Company at that time, passed it through the English Education Act of 1835. Again, this education system is based on the Prussian education system and what is the purpose this time. People were thinking that the British were only wishing for our welfare and wanted to teach English to all of us, but what was the truth?
Well, take a look on Macaulay’s statement of that time – “Education should create a class of person Indian in blood and color but English in taste, opinion, morals and in Intellect.”
Slowly-Slowly the British achieved their objective. Indians are working everywhere from clerks in the office to soldiers in the army. Now the Britishers were using the Indians and enslaving them. Brainwashing was done to such an extent that the Indians were forced to follow the rules of the Britishers. But now it has been 76 years since independence, now everything has become good, isn’t it?
The Education System Trap
Do you know what is the first thought that comes to the mind of your parents after you are born or maybe even before you are born? That I will send my child to study in a big school. Today in our country, schools and colleges are becoming less a place for education and more a place for status. You go to school, with a mind that is fresh, curious, and full of creativity, with a mind that has no limitations, with a mind that can do a lot if trained properly, but as soon as you go to school, You are given a syllabus and combination of some subjects. And then from now on that becomes your world, you think about them from morning till evening, read them only and if you think or read anything else other than that, it affects your marks and then you get punishment. But Do your Parents even once question what these schools, colleges, and coaching’s teaching our children? Is our child’s future really becoming bright? Does our child really like what is being taught to him?
Instead, they think that it seems that the future of our child is being made, our child is being made a successful person, but if you think a little carefully, then you will understand that during this entire school and college, the process of making you such a person who will be obedient and just able to find a job. When a person comes out of school and college, he has only one thing on his mind. The goal is to get a job in some way or in other words, someone should hire me. During your entire schooling and college, you were never taught to be self-dependent. Because this system never made you to become completely self-dependent. The ultimate goal of this system was to provide an affordable and good worker to the industry. This entire system creates a group of people who can follow the orders of their boss and who can respect their superiors.

No one wants you to be self-dependent or a millionaire, so why would anyone want you to become a millionaire, If you become self-dependent, what will be the benefit to them? If you become self-dependent, then you will not follow orders, you will raise questions in everything, and you will raise your voice against wrong things, But You are never able to understand this trap because when you are put into this trap, you are not old enough to think or understand anything and until you reach that age where you are capable of thinking. By then it would be too late or you have been so brainwashed by following this system for the last 15 – 20 years that you do not understand the same things. It seems right or you become so old that a lot of responsibility falls on you and you are not able to get out of this trap even if you want. Because now you have to do something. You have to earn money in any way. In the past 20 years, you gave lakhs of rupees to schools. You gave lakhs of rupees to the college, you gave lakhs of rupees to the coaching, and in return, you somehow got a job for Rs 30 to 40,000.
You get engaged in hope but do you know what the statistics are? The ILO report says about 65% of the youth in India are jobless. Today in our country, 42% of graduates whose age is less than 25 are unemployed and if they get a job You will be surprised to know that in America, truck drivers earn 10 times more than the average salary of an engineer in our country. So, what is the solution to all this, should we stop going to schools, should we stop going to colleges, Crores of people are going to schools and colleges every day. Are they all wrong? Now let’s figure out the possible solutions.
The Escape We All Need
Promote something so much that it becomes a new way of life and people start following it silently without asking any questions. Today we just have to ask a simple question, who created this education system and why? answers to both of these. You must have understood the answers to both of these by now. At the time when this system was built, the world needed billions of workers, but what is the situation today?
By following the system, people died living a below-average life, neither were they able to fulfill their hobbies, nor were they able to leave a big legacy for their children, nor was anyone becoming a millionaire by following this system, just a paycheck to paycheck life. People are stuck and always living in fear that so many layoffs are taking place, might it be my turn next and because of this fear, they are staking their self-respect and obeying all the orders of superiors. We have two options first to not accept the reality and remain trapped in this trap and put our children also in this trap and secondly, we make our own path, we ourselves explore what we should do, and what the possible ethical way so that we can get the amount we want. Now we don’t need more college graduates whose end goal is just a job and they don’t have any skills. All they have is a so-called college degree. Now times have changed, the skills you learn in colleges by giving several lakhs, and precious five to six years of your life, still not learn anything are now available online.
Now you can learn the biggest skills through online courses at low fees and that too from those people who have achieved something big by using that skill and not from those who have only knowledge limited to theory only. If you are a parent then send your child to school or college but do not give that much importance to the marksheet. Give them exposure. Tell them that there is a lot to do in this world. Just Maths, Chemistry, Physics is not the only world. Apart from this, there are lots of different things for your child to explore. Motivate him if his marks are less, it doesn’t matter, he may be learning some skill where he is performing much better than this. Today we take a year drop, two years drop for GATE, JEE, and NEET. But have you ever taken a drop year to explore different opportunities, to understand your passion, to know your interests? Do you want a stable and average life or do you want to do something big in life, earn a lot of money? You have to work hard to fulfill your dreams, you have to make the decision.
