Davis most recently served as the company’s vice president of engineering. The news of her promotion comes in time for the worldwide celebrations of International Women in Engineering Day.
As CTO, Davis will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technical teams, with a focus on driving innovation and scaling the technology infrastructure to support the company’s growth. A longtime member of NationBuilder’s majority-female leadership team, Davis has been instrumental in leading the company’s efforts to improve the accessibility and user experience of its products, with a focus on developing solutions that address the unique needs of a diverse customer base.
